Citation Abstract: Whenever a divorce occurs in our family or our area, I notice how the woman loses everything and in return the man takes everything - the house, the children, and the money. When I was reading in the Book of God Almighty, I noticed how God Almighty has given the divorced woman rights that can provide her with a decent and stable life that protects her and her children from loss. Unfortunately, some of these rights have been lost by the jurists, some of them have been lost by the law, and some have been lost. Society has not lost them, so I wanted to shed light in this research on some of these rights, which have a problem in our society, so that we can know how the Holy Qur’an dealt with them, hoping from God - the Almighty - that what all these people have lost will be corrected, by amending fatwas, the law, and the culture of society. And in a way that protects our family from loss in the event of divorce.
