Citation Abstract: This study aimed to identify the obstacles facing school administration in implementing the blended education system in the Directorate of Education in Sahab Brigade from the perspective of school principals, according to their academic qualification and years of experience. The results showed that all items of the study tool represented obstacles, with lack of school infrastructure and insufficient internet access as major barriers. Statistically significant differences were found in principals’ perspectives according to academic qualification (favoring postgraduate holders) and years of experience (favoring 5–10 years and over 10 years). The study recommended improving school infrastructure, providing modern technologies, and equipping classrooms to support blended learning.
