Citation Abstract: This study aimed to identify the balance between evidence and punishment in the legal limits by defining the concept of legal penalties, legal limits and means of proof for border crimes, each separately, and whether the goal is to inflict punishment on the offender? Or are there other intentional things? The researcher used both the inductive method and the analytical method, attributing verses to their surahs from the Holy Qur’an and extracting hadiths from their sources
