Citation Abstract: This study examined the impact of e-management on human resource management and its effect on company performance. The research problem centered on the limited adoption of e-management and its implications for human resource development and organizational performance. Six main hypotheses were tested using data collected through a questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS-20. The findings revealed statistically significant relationships between e-management variables and human resource management variables, with a positive impact on company performance. Accordingly, several recommendations were proposed.
