Citation Abstract: This study highlights the role of the value system in promoting a culture of dialogue in light of contemporary challenges and changes. It emphasizes that societal change begins with individual transformation through rebuilding personal value systems. Values play a central role in shaping behavior, relationships, and life, while dialogue holds a prominent position among human values as an essential means of cross-cultural communication and understanding. The study also underlines the importance of social and educational institutions in instilling dialogue values among youth and addressing intolerance and closed-mindedness, contributing to the development of a tolerant and resilient society.
