Citation Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the degree of influence of teachers’ participation in school decision-making on their professional performance in schools in the northeastern Badia from their point of view. The descriptive approach was used. The results showed that the degree of teachers’ participation in school decision-making in schools in the northeastern Badia was moderate.
