Citation Abstract: Organization and structuring in the enterprise have attracted the attention of economic thinkers specialized in this matter, because of their importance in rationalizing its activity, pushing it toward work, and raising its performance, as they ensure that it avoids confusion in tasks and clearly defines the lines of authority, responsibility, and organizational relations. In-depth studies in this field allowed the organization’s influence to be explained by only part of this growth, and the remaining part was attributed by specialists to the education sector. High school is considered part of this sector. Economists and educational specialists considered it at the beginning of the twenty-first century as an institution that can operate according to the principle of trading and the pursuit of profits.
