Abstract: The current research aims to identify the role of moral intelligence as an independent variable in reducing incivility in the workplace as a dependent variable in the Nineveh Education Directorate- Bashiqa Education Department. Rudeness in the workplace is one of the negative behaviors that employees face when performing their job duties. The research problem was manifested in posing a set of questions, the most prominent of which was: Does moral intelligence play a role in reducing incivility in the workplace in the organization being studied? To achieve the research goal, the research relied on a descriptive analytical method to present conceptual opinions, Process data, and analyze it. The research sample consisted of (85) employees working in the organization being studied. The researcher used the statistical program (SPSS) to test the research hypotheses, and the research concluded with set of finding, the most significant of which was the existence of a significant impact of moral intelligence in reducing incivility in the workplace. In this context, a number of recommendations were presented, the most prominent of which was the necessity to enhance ethical aspects by holding seminars and training courses that focus on this vital topic.
