Description

Abstract:

This study aimed to investigate the reality of using the Learning Bridges Program from the perspective of basic stage teachers in Al-Qweismeh District. A descriptive survey methodology was employed, and the study population consisted of basic stage teachers in public schools, from which a random sample of 300 teachers was selected. A validated and reliable questionnaire was used to collect the data. The results indicated a moderate level of program usage. Statistically significant differences were found in teachers’ responses attributable to gender and academic qualification, favoring females and teachers holding bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees. However, no significant differences were found with respect to teaching experience or training courses, except in the domain of attitudes and tendencies, in favor of those who attended three or more training courses. Based on these findings, the study recommended increasing training courses and providing supportive services to enhance program implementation.
