Citation Abstract: This study aimed to identify the training needs of special education teachers in the First Zarqa Directorate of Education. A descriptive methodology was adopted using a questionnaire administered to a sample of 30 male and female special education teachers. The results indicated that the level of training needs in both skill development and attitude development domains was moderate. The findings also showed no statistically significant differences attributable to years of experience, while significant differences were found based on obtaining the International Computer Driving License (ICDL). In light of these results, the study recommended designing specialized training programs that integrate modern technology and align with contemporary educational strategies, as well as conducting further studies on different educational contexts and additional variables.
