Description

 The study aimed to identify psychological resilience and social anxiety among children without parents in childcare homes in Amman. The study sample consisted of (72) children within the age group (12-15) years, distributed among 6 government care homes and one private care home, who were selected using this method. Intentionality, and the psychological flexibility tool, consisting of (29) items, and the social anxiety tool, consisting of (35) items, were applied to them, after ensuring their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of both psychological flexibility and social anxiety was moderate among children in social care homes in Oman.
