Abstract: The change of society must be through human change, and its change does not happen exept through rebuilding its value system, which is an important entry for changing its cognitive and scientific systems, in order to become an effective participant in the development of his community at all levels. Values fulfill a pivotal function in our human life .It is what builds our behavior, relationships, lives, and even our sense of who we are?

The more positive we have in our values , the more positive we do in our actions as well .The dialogue takes a privileged position within the totality of contemporary human and civilizational values ,this is due to the transformation of human societies into a small global village ,after the walls collapsed and the geographical borders and the doors of communication were opened wide, as it became impossible for any society to isolate itself and confine itself within its our …dialogue will remain one of the main entrances to achieving this goal. The Quranic and prophet’s dialogue attest to the success of constructive dialogue in uncovering facts, and managing difference , achieving mediation and advancing the human being to highest ranks in order to build a better world, history also testifies to the remarkable success in realizing these values on the ground through illuminating models of dialogue ,they also testify to the clashes and obliteration of the facts that the retreat had produced.

The importance of the topic is evident in the necessity and need for dialogue , given the psychological diseases that have covered our societies, social lesions, pathological symptoms , and congenital deformities behavioral deviations that produced various illnesses and many strange phenomena .

The aim of studying this topic is to highlight the importance of dialogue and its values in light of contemporary global and local changes and challenges ,and to define the role of social and educational institutions in representing the values of dialogues, implanting and developing them in young people and the youth to create a generation who believes in dialogue, conviction and practice.

The study included the following axes :evaluating the current reality and the extent to which social and educational institutions play their role in spreading the values and culture of dialogue and the obstacles they face, and how to activate this role and determine the role of educational institutions and circles in addressing the phenomenon of intolerance and closed-mindedness.
