Citation Abstract:  There is no doubt that the contemporary financial economy is the credit economy, which definitely passes through bank credit operations, which is the pillar of financing from third parties, where the creditor/debtor relationship.../creancier emerges. These processes can be defined as: “the trust according to which one party to the contract agrees to give the other contracting party - whether immediately or after a specific time - a specific performance in the form of cash capital or any other form to assist him or allow a specific benefit to be achieved within a specific period, and this trust increases and is strengthened.” Whenever it is coupled with a special guarantee that guarantees the recovery of this performance and the consideration for its granting.”
