Citation Abstract: This study aimed to examine the impact of knowledge application on the success of change management at the Iraqi Rafidain Bank from the perspective of its administrators. The findings revealed a high impact of knowledge application on successful change management. The study recommended enhancing all dimensions of knowledge application, particularly the social dimension, by strengthening teamwork and improving communication among employees.
