Citation Abstract: The study aimed to examine the levels of psychological resilience and job satisfaction among student counselors in schools in Jeddah, and to explore the relationship between them as well as the predictive role of resilience on job satisfaction. Two instruments were used: the Psychological Resilience Scale (Al-Rababa’h, 2018), covering hardness, optimism, multiple resources, and purpose; and the Job Satisfaction Scale (Abu-Tair, 2019), covering job importance, relationships with colleagues, salaries and incentives, direct supervision, and professional growth. The study population included all student counselors in Jeddah schools during the second semester of the academic year 1442H/2021. Results indicated high levels of both psychological resilience and job satisfaction, with “multiple resources” leading the resilience dimensions (M=4.39) and “job importance” leading the job satisfaction dimensions (M=4.46). A statistically significant positive correlation was found between resilience and job satisfaction (r=0.324), and no significant differences were observed based on specialization or educational level.
