Citation Abstract: This study examined the availability of medical service quality dimensions at Tripoli Central Hospital, aiming to assess the level of their application and employees’ awareness of these dimensions. A descriptive survey methodology was employed using a questionnaire distributed to a stratified random sample of physicians, nurses, and technicians. The findings revealed a high level of implementation for the safety and empathy dimensions, while reliability and responsiveness showed lower levels, and tangibility recorded the lowest level. The results also indicated no statistically significant effect of age and years of experience, whereas gender and current job position had a significant impact on the level of medical service quality implementation.
