Citation Abstract: This is a research on the relationship of literary criticism with the human sciences, specifically its relationship with psychology and sociology, as they are two sciences whose subject is human and society, which puts them in an intertwined relationship with literature and criticism, The research reviews the limits of this overlap and the theoretical and critical foundations that have invested the conceptual apparatus of psychologists and sociologists in the study of literary achievements, and it clarifies the various visions and methodologies that dealt with the literary text in its psychological and social dimensions, It also highlights the importance of integrative interdisciplinary studies in discourse analysis, and monitors the course of critical study in the Arab world and its prospects in light of the predominance of systematic studies and the absence of interaction with other sciences.
