Citation Abstract: Culture is a social behavior, and an important concept in social studies in general, and a standard found in human societies, where it transcends place, time, conditions and people, and its importance in the context of the process of social learning and highlighting the cultural values and identity of societies, with the help of all the sciences and arts founding them, and preserving them. Thus, we can only understand the essence of social relations through societal identity and culture.
