Citation Abstract: Civil aviation today is considered one of the important service activities that countries and institutions compete to develop, expand, and support, as it is a means of modern civilizational progress for societies and is utilized by all different economic sectors around the world. The General Establishment of Iraqi Airways is the entity responsible for civil aviation in Iraq and witnessed technical and administrative development during the period 1974–1986, becoming a prominent face of Iraq before the countries of the world as an advanced airline with a good reputation and high passenger confidence—not only from Iraqis but also from foreigners—after receiving unlimited material and moral support from the Civil Aviation Authority. The study concluded with a final chapter presenting conclusions and recommendations to address the identified shortcomings and deficiencies uncovered through the research.
