Citation Abstract: This study aimed to identify the challenges of implementing blended learning at the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Jerash University from the perspectives of faculty members. The descriptive approach was employed, and a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 25 faculty members. The results indicated that the overall level of challenges was moderate, with a mean score of 3.15 and a standard deviation of 1.19. Statistically significant differences were found in the assessment and evaluation challenges and administrative challenges, while no significant differences appeared in technical challenges. The study recommended forming a specialized educational team to manage blended learning and to improve assessment methods in order to enhance students’ academic achievement.
