Citation Abstract: This study aimed to examine the level of Human Resources Department development at the Ministry of Education and its relationship with employees’ career path planning from their perspective. A descriptive approach was employed using a questionnaire consisting of 17 items administered to a sample of 60 employees. The findings indicated a moderate level of human resources development and revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between human resources development and career path planning. Significant differences were found according to gender in favor of males and years of experience in favor of employees with less than three years of experience. The study recommended enhancing and regularly evaluating human resources policies and training programs to support employees’ professional development and career progression.
