Abstract: The al_hoggar region is one of the desert Algerian regions, which is full of a diverse natural barn, with a unique cultural heritage, so the Algerian legislator was keen to take care of it and value it, By creating an independent institution, it is the office of The al_hoggar barn, which was established by Decree No. 87/231 of November 3, 1987, and has been approved by executive decree 12/291 of 21 July 2012.By the fundamental law of the Office cultural barn Al_hoggar.
