Citation Abstract: History is civilization in one of its meanings; History and civilization are synonyms that carry one meaning. History carries the story of man to populate the land on which he grew up and established his civilization. This is something that we cannot ignore, given the natural and environmental conditions it bears, to the extent that man and nature appear to be intertwined, as history is intertwined with geography. There is no doubt that the environment plays an important role as one of the basic capabilities and factors in life, especially a fundamental factor in the establishment of any civilization, including the desert, as the oldest civilizations arose and arose from the heart of the desert. Hence, I tried to review in this research the great role that the desert played throughout history, and the impact it played in the establishment of civilizations and states at the present time, and from here I took the United Arab Emirates in this research as a model and example that had arisen and emerged from the heart of the desert. She discussed her upbringing and benefited from the desert data as a lesson for authenticity, values, and morals. How was it able to create a prosperous, civilized state from the heart of the desert, keeping pace with its development and reconstruction with the latest achievements in the world, and at the same time preserving its culture, ancient Arab originality, and the authentic desert characteristics that it absorbed?
