Citation Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effect of a guidance program using educational games in developing self-esteem and developing problem-solving skills among third-grade students in the Directorate of Education of the Basira District. The study sample consisted of (24) third-grade students in the Maryam Al-Batoul Mixed Basic School, which It is affiliated with the Basira Major General, Tafila Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, a guidance program was built based on educational games, a measure of problem-solving skill was prepared, and a tool was used to measure self-esteem, and they were applied as pre-, post-, and follow-up measures. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference at the level (α≤0.05) in the level of self-esteem and problem-solving skill between the two groups in favor of the experimental group.
