Abstract: Recent studies have shown that during the first six years of his life, the child’s skills of reading and writing grow significantly and continue to grow from that age stage, especially if the environment (family and school) works on developing and enriching his language, it is noticed that children have a tremendous ability to acquire and learn All that may be given to them during this life stage. The importance of the study stems from the acquisition by children between the ages of 4-6 years of good language level through the reading and writing components during the pre-school stage. The study aimed to monitor the level of nannies, during the process of communicating with children within the department, in educational situations within the teaching process, and to build an index of adequacy as well as basic competence, and to achieve the goal, the observation network was selected in order to evaluate the performance of the nanny in each educational situation of the two components of reading and writing. A sample of pre-school education nannies, representing five nannies whose performance was observed during their introduction to the through the reading and book skills. The results revealed that the level of the nanny’s use of the Arabic language during the act of communicating with the child in every educational setting represented a good percentage, and this was explained by the nannies ’lack of training not only for the requirements of teaching with competencies, but also for psychological and pedagogical training in a sound Arabic language.

We found that second-level children have the ability to acquire an important language balance based on the process of reading and repeatedly listening to the story and the story, and they are able to re-tell the story within the department.
