Citation Abstract: The current research aims to identify the degree of school principals' practice of conflict management in secondary schools in Aqaba Governorate from their point of view. The results indicated a (medium) level of the degree to which school principals practice conflict management in secondary schools in Aqaba Governorate. The domain (persuasion) ranked first with a high degree, followed by the field (settlement) in the second rank with a high degree, followed by the domain (compulsion) in the third rank with a medium degree, followed by the domain (avoidance) in fourth place with a low score. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of the teaching experience in the areas (adjustment, persuasion, coercion, and total score). While there are statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of teaching experience in the field of "avoidance" and the differences came in favor of teaching experience (less than 5 years).
