Citation Abstract: Globalization has spread new business, financial and political concepts and methods based on the free flow of information, data, images, money and ideas across the Internet and its multimedia. Societies have witnessed a great increase and increase in the use of technology, which led to the emergence of a new type of crime, which has been called several labels, including (information crimes) (Siberian crimes) (electronic crimes) and other labels that mostly flow into one template or meaning, which is the use of computers as a  means to commit the crimes. These crimes have raised many questions as new crimes that societies have not committed before, due to the size of the dangers that result from them as crimes directed to broadcast violence and destructive values and the call for moral decadence, and other crimes that threaten societies, including economic, health, security, In front of a widespread technology, extending to everyone at any time to come, hence the importance of dealing with and identifying these electronic crimes.
