Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of re-engineering administrative processes in developing the performance of Libyan health institutions، and to identify the requirements for re-engineering administrative processes (support for senior management، organizational structure، strategic planning، information technology، effective communication، training and developing employee skills) in health institutions. Libya: In this study، the descriptive analytical method is used، and the questionnaire is used as a tool for collecting information.
