Manuscript Submission Overview

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Use of Word Processing Software

It is essential to prepare the file using a new version of Microsoft Word and save it in (.docx). The text should be in a single-column structure. Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. Authors are strongly advised to use word processors' "spell-check" and "grammar-check" functions to avoid unnecessary errors.

Abstract

All manuscripts must include Abstracts in English and Arabic (with identical information) of 150 to 250 words. Abstracts should contain the subheadings: objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.

Tips for writing an abstract in English

  • Objectives: State why you chose to study this research topic or problem.
  • Methods: Describe how you conducted the research.
  • Results: Summarize the major findings.
  • Conclusions: Summarize key supporting ideas and research recommendations.

Keywords

Provide a list of keywords (minimum 3, maximum 7), avoiding general terms and multiple concepts. Use only established abbreviations.

Manuscript

Manuscripts should not exceed 7000 words. Longer manuscripts require prior Editor Approval. Word count is not applicable for revised versions.

Formatting

Use Simplified Arabic font for Arabic articles or Times New Roman for other languages. Numbered sections and subsections should follow the template guidelines. Titles for tables and figures must be placed above/below them respectively.

Introduction

State objectives and provide adequate background without extensive literature review.

Results

Results should be clear and concise.

Discussion

Avoid extensive citations. Focus on significance rather than repetition.

Conclusions

Present main conclusions clearly, either standalone or as part of discussion.

Grant Support Details

The funding sources should be clearly acknowledged.

Footnotes

This journal does not publish footnotes. Include extra information in the main text.

Reference Style
