Abstract: The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the Jigsaw strategy in developing critical thinking skills in history among fifth-grade literary students. To achieve this goal, the current study expanded to prepare a critical thinking skills test (prepared by the researcher). The sample consisted of (66) male and female students in the fifth literary grade who were divided into two groups, the first an experimental group (33) and the second a control group (33).
