At a time when peoples took a leap and achieved progressive leaps thanks to their mother tongue, the language of their ancestral nationality and heritage. Because it was adopted as the language of daily communication, the language of science, research and economics. The Algerian immigrant remains a prisoner of the linguistic historical factor and loyal to the destroyed language, after which he lives in a state of linguistic alienation in the host countries.
