Abstract: The phenomenology of linguistic alienation in societies of attraction is a topic that raises many problems, given the linguistic policy of these countries that imposes ideological linguistic templates at the expense of the mother tongue of immigrants, because language today is an intellectual battle between countries. At a time when peoples took a leap and achieved progressive leaps thanks to their mother tongue, the language of their ancestral nationality and heritage. Because it was adopted as the language of daily communication, the language of science, research and economics. The Algerian immigrant remains a prisoner of the linguistic historical factor and loyal to the destroyed language, after which he lives in a state of linguistic alienation in the host countries.
