Abstract: Today, civil aviation is considered one of the important service activities that countries and institutions are competing to develop, expand and sponsor because it is a means of modern civilizational progress for societies and because it is used by all different economic sectors in the countries of the world. The Iraqi Airways General Establishment is the body that advances the mission of civil aviation in Iraq and witnessed in The period 1974-1986 developed technically and administratively and became a bright face for Iraq in front of the countries of the world as advanced airlines with a good reputation and the confidence of passengers, not only Iraqis but also foreign ones, is high in it after it obtained material and moral support from the Civil Aviation Authority without limits. The research concluded in the last chapter with conclusions and proposals to address it. Negatives and defects discovered through research.
