Abstract: This research aims to reveal the features of cultural anthropology in the Algerian novel represented in the model of the novelist "Muammar Hajij". The novel is nothing but an account of human life with all its psychological, intellectual, social and cultural fluctuations, and a record of the society in which it arises. The Algerian modernist novel establishes a cultural pattern that carries a new identity that penetrates the gender boundaries between the various human disciplines and goes beyond being an aesthetic text to become a cultural discourse that reflects the social and cultural reality of Algerian society.
