Abstract: This research investigates the concept of the Mu'tazila and the Mu'tazila and the nature of the emergence of this sector movement, which hesitated between what is intellectual, religious, and scientific and what is practical, political, social, and that is before tracing its existence and entry into the Maghreb, which was after the entry of Islam into it, in accordance with that achieved nature, while explaining and clarifying the effects of this Division in Maghreb on the political or social level.
