Work rules for juveniles in accordance with Palestinian Labor Law No. 7 of 2000

Abstract: This study aimed to research the rules for regulating the work of juveniles in accordance with the Palestinian Labor Law, as it addressed the Palestinian legislator’s resort to placing restrictions on the work of juveniles, by addressing the procedures preceding the work of juveniles, then the subsequent procedures, highlighting what the legislator prohibited and what it made restricted according to the provisions of the law, and we also touched on Legal regulation of juvenile work by studying the organization of juvenile work in accordance with the law, including daily work, annual leave, medical examination, and vocational training, in addition to addressing the legally prescribed penalties for violating the provisions that regulate juvenile work.
