Training needs for special education teachers in the First Zarqa Education Directorate

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the training needs of special education teachers in the first Zarqa Directorate of Education. The totality of the answers of the study sample on the study tool in the field of skill development came average with an arithmetic mean (3.33) and a standard deviation (1.08). 1.06), the results of the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the training needs of special education teachers in the first Zarqa Education Directorate according to the study variable (years of experience), while there are statistically significant differences according to the study variable. (Availability of an educational supervisor) In light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations was proposed, such as providing a sufficient number of special education supervisors in the first Zarqa Education Directorate Mine. And preparing training programs that employ modern technology and comply with the requirements of new education strategies such as blended education and meet the training needs of special education teachers, in addition to conducting more studies dealing with another study community and variables not included in the current study.
