Abstract: The concept of democratic transformation is one of the contemporary political concepts that carry in its connotations several problems associated on the one hand with the multiplicity of intellectual visions that tried to approximate the specific meaning of this concept, and on the other hand the difference. schools of thought in their theoretical proposals, especially within the limits of linking the concept of democratic transition to concepts such as democratic transition and democratic reform. What are the theoretical references for schools of thought that established the theoretical concept of democratic transition? What are the limits of the contradiction between the visions of the modernization school, structuralism, and the transitional school in particular.
