Abstract: Over the course of the Middle Ages, Jewish sects appeared in the Islamic East, as religious currents, movements, sects, and claims of messianism appeared among the Jews, and found fertile ground for them among some of them, so groups gathered around them in every age and in different places that varied in their size and number. It differed in its religious trends and goals, depending on the circumstances of its inception and its founders. It was one of the most important Jewish groups that originated in the Islamic East.
