Abstract: Global institutions have recently realized the importance of strategic planning due to the accelerating and successive challenges they have faced recently. In this context, (Ibrahim, Taha Abdullah Hussein, Jib Allah, & Adel Saad. 2023) indicated that successful institutions that faced risks, were characterized by continuity, and achieved competitive advantage are those that relied in their strategic management on preparing strategic plans capable of determining the current situation as well as reading the future situation of the institution. Since strategic plans work to achieve the institution’s goals and enable management to identify the institution’s strengths as well as weaknesses and try to address them and transform them into strengths, the use of strategic planning has recently become widespread in an unprecedented manner (Belhaj, 2023).
