The Effectiveness of Administrative Leadership and its Role in Human Resources Development

   Abstract: The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of administrative leadership and its role in human resources development in the Jordanian Ministry of Youth. To achieve the study’s objective, the researcher used a descriptive and analytical approach. One of the most important results of the study was that the overall arithmetic mean of the study sample’s responses to the dimensions of the axis of the effectiveness of administrative leadership in human resources development was (3.53), indicating that its role was moderately effective. Furthermore, the degree of evaluation of the effectiveness of all dimensions of administrative leadership was moderately effective.
