Abstract: The Dulkadir Emirate, is considered one of the Turkish emirates that was established in southeastern Anatolia in the 14th century AD and played a significant role in the political history of the region, particularly during the 16th century. This emirate was part of the regional conflicts between the Ottoman, Safavid, and Mamluk states. This research aims to study the role of this emirate in the Ottoman-Safavid and Mamluk conflict and its impact on the political balances in the region, thanks to its strategic location on the border between Anatolia and Syria. On the other hand, the location of the Dulkadir Emirate on the borders of the Mamluk state in Egypt led to border conflicts and changing alliances over time, as relations with the Mamluks fluctuated between alliance and conflict, depending on political and strategic circumstances. Its location on important trade routes and its borders with major states prompted it to play a significant role in regional alliances and their impact on political balances in the region.
