The degree of employment of science teachers for the basic stage of blended education in Jordan under the Corona pandemic

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the degree of employment of science teachers for the basic stage of blended education in Jordan in light of the Corona pandemic, according to the study variables (gender, educational qualification,). Governmental schools in the Directorate of Education of the Qweismeh Brigade, and their validity and reliability were confirmed by a committee of specialized arbitrators. The results of the study showed that the average total score for the answers of the study sample on the study tool was average with an arithmetic mean (2.65) and a standard deviation (1.10), as all The paragraphs of the study tool are of a medium degree, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of employment of science teachers for the basic stage of blended education in Jordan in light of the Corona pandemic due to the variables of gender and educational qualification. The study recommended the necessity of providing computer laboratories equipped with the Internet and with a high capacity in each school, in addition to providing a suitable classroom environment for blended learning, and conducting further studies dealing with another academic community and variables not included in the current study.
