Abstract: Globalization has spread new business, financial and political concepts and methods based on the free flow of information, data, images, money and ideas across the Internet and its multimedia. Societies have witnessed a great increase and increase in the use of technology, which led to the emergence of a new type of crime, which has been called several labels, including (information crimes) (Siberian crimes) (electronic crimes) and other labels that mostly flow into one template or meaning, which is the use of computers as a  means to commit the crimes.
