Abstract: The phenomenon of spousal violence, which has taken on serious dimensions in recent times and has begun to represent a problem that threatens the entity of families and the bonds of society by dismantling this entity with marital differences that end in violence more often, and that this phenomenon exists in all societies of the world in one way or another, including the community of AL-Zubair city with a social clan structure, so this problem drew attention and became worthy of being the subject of this study.
