School administration and ways to develop it in light of global trends towards virtual school

Abstract: This study aimed to identify school administration and ways to develop it in light of global trends towards virtual school from the point of view of school principals in the Kasbah Madaba Education Directorate, and to achieve the goal of the study. The results of the study showed that the total average score for the study sample’s answers to the study tool was average with an arithmetic mean of (2.66) and a standard deviation (1.10), and all items of the study tool came in at a moderate degree. In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations, including the involvement of school principals periodically in international conferences related to school administration and virtual schools, which enables them to view global models of virtual schools.
