Organizing the Cultural Heritage of the Ahaggar Through the Diwan of the Al-Ahghar Fold Analytical reading of Executive Decree 291/12.

Abstract: The logger region is one of the desert Algerian regions, which is full of a diverse natural barn, with a unique cultural heritage, so the Algerian legislator was keen to take care of it and value it, by creating an independent institution, it is the office of the logger barn, which was established by Decree No. 87/231 of November 3, 1987, and has been approved by executive decree 12/291 of 21 July 2012 by the fundamental law of the Office cultural barn Logar.
