Abstract: Illegal immigration to Libya constitutes a problem that has security and repercussions, legal, political, social, and economic challenges risks. in addition to threatening the demographic composition of Libya, and a threat to peace and social stability, and the future of Libya as a sovereign country it has all the powers of sovereignty in its territory and the ability to cooperate with others regionally and internationally.
