Empowering Women Commercially and Promoting Gender Equality from the Perspective of Jordanian Law

Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the commercial empowerment of women and the promotion of gender equality from the perspective of Jordanian law. Commercial tools that help women build capacity and experience and gain commercial knowledge by facilitating women’s access to specialized knowledge through training programs and workshops to build technical, professional, scientific and administrative skills necessary to practice trade and develop their businesses. And business incubators to provide the necessary services to support women’s businesses, and guidance and training for commercial activities in line with their data and needs as women. And taking into account access to women in all parts of the Kingdom and the resulting differences. Also, the need to focus not only on women as individuals, but on women as groups, and educate them about teamwork.
