Abstract: The intervention aims to highlight the role of the educational leader in improving administrative and educational performance, by mobilizing the skills and competencies he possesses to achieve effective management that achieves the goals of the educational institution, through his keenness to activate its project by involving the educational and administrative team and social partners in developing strategies and following up on the implementation and evaluation of its outcomes. The study was Theory: The researchers adopted the descriptive approach in presenting the theoretical data and leadership skills that enable leaders to perform their leadership role and invest human and material resources to serve the goals of educational reform.
